Payment

Payment for our services is due upon completion of the project. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required before we commence any work. Any balance due must be paid in full before the installation is considered complete.

Site Preparation

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the site is adequately prepared for the installation of the flagpole. This includes ensuring that the area is free of obstacles, utilities have been marked, and any necessary permits have been obtained.

Liability

We will not be liable for any damage caused by the installation of the flagpole. The client assumes all risks associated with the installation, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or any other loss or damage. The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the installation.

Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We will repair any defects in our workmanship within a reasonable time after notice from the client. This warranty is limited to the workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by external factors or normal wear and tear.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for paying any fees and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where we are located.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By continuing to use our website or services, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
